Penthouse 31/32 at the Trump Park Avenue has been coming on and off the market for years. But now the Trumps are making a renewed effort to move the $45 million unit, with a Champagne soirée for New York’s top brokers.

Donald, Ivanka and Eric Trump welcomed star brokers, including Raphael De Niro, Ryan Serhant, Frederik Eklund, Kathy Sloane and Dolly Lenz to the 6,278-square-foot penthouse where Michelle Griffith, Trump Park Avenue’s brokerage specialist, gave them the low down on the property at 502 Park Avenue, near 59th Street, according to Real Estate Weekly.

“Trump Park Avenue is truly spectacular and I am thrilled, but not surprised by the incredible enthusiasm and interest that the penthouse has garnered,” said Griffith.

The penthouse first listed for $45 million back in 2007, before the unit was renovated and the price was raised to $51 million. In 2009, the Trumps listed it again for a less ambitious $31 million, but by 2010 the unit was back off the market. [REW]Christopher Cameron
