Ziel Feldman’s HFZ Capital Group has paid just under $22 million for a sports complex in the upscale New Jersey town of Waldwick. The 146,661-square-foot complex is fully leased and includes a 79,200-square-foot “superdome” for indoor sports as well as four sport fields.

“We were attracted to this asset because of its prime location and superb facilities,” Feldman said in a statement to Real Estate Weekly. The complex is used year-round for various activities including ballet classes and camps, Feldman added. HFZ already owns a 42,000-square-foot sporting facility in Upper Saddle River, N.J.
