A second penthouse at Cary Tamarkin’s boutique mixed-use development in Chelsea hit the market today, asking $12.5 million, a spokesperson told The Real Deal. See the floorplan and new renderings below.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condominium at 508 West 24th Street has 3,318 interior square feet and 1,900 exterior. All three of the three-bedroom penthouses come with a wood-burning fireplace and 11- or 12-foot-high ceilings. Another penthouse sold in July for $10.5 million, StreetEasy shows.

The total 15 units at the High Line-adjacent development will be ready for move-ins by next June, as The Real Deal reported. The building was 40 percent sold as of late August, one month after sales launched. Millie Perry of Stribling Marketing Associates headed up sales and marketing.

Additional penthouse renderings of the kitchen and bathroom provided exclusively to TRD are characteristic of Tamarkin’s stripped-down style. All kitchens in the building have marble countertops and walnut cabinetry.

The units are a mix of two- and three-bedrooms, ranging from 2,000 to more than 3,300 square feet. The homes are priced from $3 million to more than $12 million.

A buyer could convert some of the three-bedrooms into two-bedroom units, a spokesperson for the development said. — Mark Maurer
