UPDATED: 1:16 p.m., Oct. 10: EVO Real Estate Group, the commercial brokerage formerly known as Winoker Realty, has taken the entire 13,350-square-foot 20th floor at 1430 Broadway, the company’s president Dana Moskowitz said. EVO will move from its current 8,700-square-foot location at 462 Seventh Avenue in April 2014.

“This move comes during a highly eventful period for us,” Moskowitz said in a statement. “We’re actively recruiting, launching a new website, taking on a host of many new clients, and, in general, are very busy. These new offices will reflect the vision we have for EVO and will enhance our culture and work environment.”

In February, the firm was acquired by a partnership of four New York-area real estate principals after the death of its founder David Winoker in a skydiving accident. A few months later, the firm was rebranded as EVO.  — Hiten Samtani
