Medical supply company heir, philanthropist and LGBT activist Jon Stryker has listed his Prasada co-op penthouse for $48 million.

The asking price marks a 275 percent jump from the $12.8 million Stryker reportedly paid for what was, at the time, two side-by-side three-bedroom apartments. When he made the purchase at 50 Central Park West in 2002, it was the largest amount paid for a single-occupancy apartment on the Upper West Side up to that point.
