Prices at One Vandam — Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners’ 14-story, 25-unit condominium project at 180 Sixth Avenue in Soho — will range from $1.5 million to more than $15 million, though a triplex penthouse has not yet been listed.

That 5,270-square-foot unit comes with almost 2,000 square feet of outdoor space and three fireplaces, the New York Times reported.

The smallest of the three penthouses is a four-bedroom duplex with three terraces asking $15 million. Two-bedrooms’ prices start at $3.3 million for a 1,557-square-foot unit. Prices for three-bedrooms — between 2,026 and 2,432 square feet – kick off at $5.3 million. The four-bedrooms are all the same size – 2,261 square feet – and their prices begin at $6.3 million.

The developers grabbed $4 million worth of air rights in May from God’s Love We Deliver next door, despite opposition from residents and preservationists, as previously reported. [NYT]Mark Maurer
