Philanthropist Patsy Kahn, who previously purchased Bernie Madoff’s Upper East Side penthouse with her toy mogul ex-husband, has picked up a co-op apartment at 1100 Park Avenue, having put the Madoff pad on the market in August.

Kahn – whose ex-husband Al Kahn is the man behind Pokemon – paid $4 million for the two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in the tony 18-story building, according to city records.

Kahn also picked up a similarly-priced home in the Hamptons, sources told the New York Post.

The building is next to the new Toll Brothers development at 1110 Park Avenue, and its views may be compromised as the project rises.

In August, Kahn listed the Madoff penthouse at 133 East 64th Street for $17.25 millon with ace broker Dolly Lenz. The apartment — which Kahn paid $8 million for in 2010 — includes four fireplaces, A Large Terrace, and a rumored secret room. [NYP]Hiten Samtani
