The building sales record in the Atelier tower in Hell’s Kitchen may only be $2.11 million, but that isn’t stopping  ambitious owners in the luxury condo building from aiming for more than ten times that with a new $25 million listing.

In April, the entire 45th floor at the Atelier, which is located at 635 West 42nd Street, hit the market asking an astounding $85 million. Now the building is following that up with a triplex spanning the 24th, 25th and 26th floors.
The 6,800-square-foot unit will be made up of six different apartments yet to be combined, listing broker Dan Neiditch of River2River Realty told the New York Observer.

“It would have unobstructed views of the river and the city,” Neiditch said. Neiditch added that although the total cost of the individual apartments in the combination would be far lower than $25 million, when you combine units you can almost double the price per square foot.
