The Infinity Group’s 22 Little West 12th Street, already home to designers Alexander McQueen and Robert Rodriguez, just got more beautiful.

Kao Group, a Japan-based beauty care company, has inked a 10-year lease in the building’s 8,800-square-foot Meatpacking District penthouse to serve as one of its training academies.

The property is on the top two floors of the six-story building and spreads out onto an additional 1,000 square feet of open terrace space. The agreed-upon rent was not specified, but asking rates in the trendy area are generally between $65 and $95 per square foot.

Matthew Bergey and Stuart Siegel of CBRE Group represented Kao Group in the deal, while Philip Katz of Katz NYC represented the landlord. [Crain's]Julie Strickland
