An interior designer who was involved in the renovation of Gracie Mansion and City Hall has leased the entire top floor of Gramercy Centre at 67 Irving Place. Jamie Drake, who counts Madonna among his clients, will take the 4,000-square-foot space on the 12th floor of the 44,860-square-foot building between East 18th and 19th streets.

CBRE’s Stuart Siegel, Matthew Bergey and Daniel Bodner represented the designer in the deal for the space, the New York Post reported. Drake will relocate from 315 East 52nd Street.
