Bracha brokered the sale along with Chen Mishael, also of Keller Williams, the New York Observer reported. Bracha purchased the duplex as a sponsor unit for $1.7 million in 2006 and has since attempted to sell it four times at price points ranging from $2.5 million to $1.49 million. Most recently, the property was listed at $1.65 million.

He ran into similar difficulties selling his Trump Place apartment, which finally sold for $2.39 million earlier this year after sitting on the market for two years. [NYO]Julie Strickland
