Studio and one-bedroom units range from $3,200 to $3,900 per month, and the three-bedrooms will be $5,200 per month, according to Elliman. Yehuda Joffre of the Werde Ettelson Team is heading the effort, the statement said.

Designed by Nishila Sabharwal, they boast dark-stained oak floors, 13-foot ceilings with large windows, views of Downtown Brooklyn and the East River waterfront, pendant lighting and custom dark wood cabinetry in the kitchen and a washer and dryer on each residential floor. — Julie Strickland
