Drew Barrymore has passed the muster of the difficult co-op board at 830 Park Avenue, and is slated to close on a four-bedroom duplex co-op at the tony Upper East Side building.

Barrymore, who is pregnant with her second child, will move into the pad with beau Will Kopelman, the New York Post reported.

With an asking price of $8.3 million, the unit is one of the building’s pricier homes, and was listed with Roger Erickson of Sotheby’s International Realty. The first floor holds a gallery, living room, dining area, breakfast room and one bedroom, while the top level is home to the three additional bedrooms, a sitting room and a dressing room, the Post said.
