A Sacramento, California estate that was once owned by comedian Eddie Murphy is set to hit the market asking a record $12 million.

If the property sells at its current list price, it will be the most expensive home ever sold in Sacramento, Nick Sadek of NRS Luxury Estates told the Wall Street Journal. Sadek is co-listing the property with Jon Kirkpatrick of Chase International Real Estate.

The 10-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is currently owned by real-estate investor Patrick Willis, who is also the founder of the Sacramento-based repossession firm American Recovery Service. Willis purchased the home in 2007 from Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife, Nicole, for $6.1 million. That deal still holds the record for the most expensive residential sale in the Sacramento area, according to Sadek. [WSJ] Christopher Cameron
