Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi has checked out the penthouses at Jared Kushner’s Puck Building in Nolita.

Jovi scoped most of the 295 Lafayette Street building’s six penthouses, sources told the New York Post, which range from 4,895 square feet to 7,000 square feet and are priced between $21 million and $60 million. In December, the second-largest unit at the building went into contract for its full asking price of $27.5 million.

The rock star had been looking to unload his Soho pad at 158 Mercer Street since 2011 for as much as $45 million. But after numerous price chops, Bon Jovi took the 7,452-square-foot duplex off the market in December, as Luxury Listings NYC reported. [NYP, 1st item]  – Hiten Samtani
