Fox political commentator Sean Hannity is parting ways with his waterfront home on Long Island, listing the Lloyd Harbor pad for $3.6 million.
Hannity, a native of Long Island, no longer lives in the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home, having departed for new digs on Centre Island in Oyster Bay. The fiery Fox host also recently pledged to depart New York State, citing Governor Andrew Cuomo’s “high taxes.”
The 2.05-acre home boasts a pool, observation deck and stairs leading directly to the beach, according to Elena D’Agostino of Signature Premier Properties, who is co-listing the property with Joyce Mennella.
The 4,824-square-foot house, constructed in 2001, features six fireplaces, with one located in the master bedroom suite.
Newsday was unable to immediately reach Hannity for comment on the listing, which D’Agostino speculated may have something to do with his plans to leave the Empire State. [Newsday] — Julie Strickland
