WEEKENDEDITION Concierge services in high-end Manhattan properties are increasingly being asked to go above the call of duty, performing services such as wedding planning, pet-walking, carpet-cleaning and computer set-up.

Jenene Ronick, CEO of Luxury Attaché, which services 20 residential buildings in Miami and New York, Including 100 Eleventh Avenue and New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street, told the Wall Street Journal that homeowners’ increasingly want to feel like they are living in a hotel.
