Barrett was recognized as the top Manhattan broker for the firm in 2013, according to a press release.

Rieders was the top broker for Brooklyn, while Manuche, a senior vice president of Corcoran, earned the Deal of the Year award — likely for her representation in the sale of the Steinway tower to Michael Stern of JDS Development at 109 West 57th Street.

Chief executive of Corcoran Pamela Liebman congratulated the brokers for their “extraordinary performance and drive for success which led to 2013 being an outstanding year for the company,” according to the press release. “That is a remarkable achievement in any year but especially last year when there was so little inventory to sell.”

Corcoran Pres Pamela is dressed like a 20 yr old.
That dress is way to short for someone over 50 and the president to be wearing.

It’s very disappointing that Corcoran not only turns a blind eye on a slimy, underhanded and unprofessional broker such as Wassim Fakhereddine that works there but then they give him an award for being the best at it. Wow, just shocking. If Corcoran would just open an eye and an ear they will see and hear that he is the most unwanted person in all of Park slope in and out of his office. Just ask any of the local people, business owners and members of the community in which he lives in.
