Despite previous reports that the last full-floor penthouse at 56 Leonard Street had already hit the market, the 145-unit Tribeca condominium in fact had more penthouses to offer, it seems.

The final penthouse unit, no. 52A, will soon be put up for sale asking $18.75 million, Curbed reported. Measuring 3,658 square feet and boasting an additional 510 square feet of exterior space, the unit could be combined with neighborhoring no. 52B, which is currently listed for $16.5 million. Combined, the duo would measure 7,367 square feet — only a few hundred shy of the record breaking 7,799-square-foot penthouse at the building, which is currently in contract for $47 million.
