To accommodate its growing staff, e-marketing firm Movable Ink has subleased the entire 13,000-square-foot fifth floor of 636 Sixth Avenue from online marketplace SecondMarket.

Elliot Warren, the leasing director at the Kaufman Organization, represented Movable Ink in the deal. Jim Wenk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented SecondMarket.

Willam Macklowe Company and Clarion Partners have owned the six-story building since 2011.

The rent price was not available, but another company in the building that leased a space on the fourth floor last year paid in the high-$50s per square foot, according to the New York Observer. However, last summer rent prices were pushed down for Sublease Space On Sixth Avenue, as The Real Deal reported.

Movable Ink tripled its workforce last year, and has moved three times in the last several years, the Observer reported. Their most recent address was at 5 West 19th Street. Other tenants in the new neighborhood include tech titans Twitter and Mashable, and shared office space provider WeWork[NYO] — Angela Hunt
