Jon Bon Jovi is once again looking to make a memory of his Soho penthouse, which returned to the market Thursday with a $37.5 million price tag.

The rock star originally put the 7,452-square-foot duplex at 158 Mercer Street on the market last March for $42 million, following an unsuccessful off-market hunt for a buyer. He then slashed the asking price to $39.9 million in September, and took the property off the market in January.

Bon Jovi picked up the pad in 2007 for $24 million, then put the home on the market following a renovation. The five-bedroom digs boast several fireplaces, a media room and rooftop deck. Douglas Elliman’s Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senequier have the listing. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
