A five bedroom, six-bathroom triplex condominium at Tribeca’s American Express building hit the market for $18.95 million just a year and a half after the owners bought the property for $14.995 million.

The 9,000-square-foot Tribeca Maisonette Mansion at 60 Collister Street, better known as the Marble House, features a 45-foot-long marble swimming pool, sauna, steam room and lounge. Designed by former owner Stuart Parr, the condo is also replete with marble accents.
