Town Residential’s Brett Miles had the priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with a $12.25 million condominium at 140 Charles Street in the West Village. Second on the pricey end this week is an $11.95 million condominium at 535 West End Avenue on the Upper West Side. The 4,396-square-foot, five-bedroom home features a library, “suburban-sized” kitchen and dining room, and a separate bedroom wing. The prewar, full-service building also boasts a gym, recreation room, children’s playroom, library and a heated indoor swimming pool. Third most expensive is an $11.5 million condominium at 80 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square. The five-bedroom, 3,600-square-foot residence on the 32nd floor was recently renovated and includes marble flooring, a complete home automation system, motorized shades and a chef’s kitchen. The cheapest unit to land on the Manhattan market this week is a $150,000 studio co-op at 431 West 121st Street in Morningside Heights. The 390-square-foot basement apartment, described in the listing as “a diamond in the VERY rough,” is sans kitchen and is only available as a cash-only deal. Second cheapest this week is a $250,000 one-bedroom co-op at 241 West 108th Street in Manhattan Valley. The space features a living room off the foyer entrance, a small separate sleeping alcove, windowed bathroom and a separate windowed kitchen. Randy Osofsky of Vered Realty has the listing.
Third least expensive this week is a $269,500 two-room studio co-op at 25 Tudor City Place in Murray Hill. The 17th-floor, corner unit boasts unobstructed East River and Brooklyn views as well as beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and large casement windows. Building amenitites include a full-time doorman and concierge, roof deck, central laundry, bike storage and all utilities are included in the maintenance fee.
