Investment management firm Pzena Investment Management is departing 120 West 45th Street for a new eighth-floor spread at 320 Park Avenue.

The company will take 36,996 square feet in the 35-story building, which is owned by Mutual of America and occupies a full block front between 50th and 51st Streets, the New York Post reported. Ken Ruderman of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the deal, while Frank Doyle, Dave Kleiner and Dan Kollar of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
