It appears that E*Trade CEO Paul Idzik is the latest high-powered resident of Related Companies’ One Madison at 23 East 22nd Street.

The chief executive of the financial services company, along with wife Ruth, bought unit 52A in the building for $14.25 million, according to property records available on Tuesday. Idzik has been in contract to buy the full-floor, three-bedroom apartment since October 23, 2013. The sale was finalized on June 17.

Madison R/A Sub LLC was the seller of the unit.

Suzanne Sealy, from Douglas Elliman, served as Idzik’s broker in the deal. She could not immediately be reached for comment. Leslie Wilson, a senior vice president at Related and sales director for One Madison, could not be reached for comment.

Idzik will have more than a few famous neighbors at the bronze-and-glass Flatiron building.

Model Gisele Bündchen and her New England Patriot quarterback husband Tom Brady paid $14 million for a unit at the building in October 2013. And media mogul Rupert Murdoch bought four floors in the building for $57.25 million in February.

Meanwhile, supermodel Kate Upton as well as actor Leonardo DiCaprio, have reportedly scoped out apartments at the building.
