A mixed-use development is coming to the intersection of Nassau and Jay Streets in Downtown Brooklyn.

Permits for the development at 120 Nassau Street were filed with the city this week. A seven-story office building at the site — which is also known as 199 Jay Street — is currently being demolished. The development at 120 Nassau Street will be 290,420 square feet. It will include residential, hotel and “community facility” components divided over two buildings.
