Securities licensing prep course provider the Securities Training Corporation has inked a deal for over 30,000 square feet at East End’s 123 William Street.

The tenant is relocating from 17 Battery Place to take up the sixth and seventh floors of the Lower Manhattan building, for a total spread of 32,356 square feet, the New York Observer reported. CBRE’s Brad Gerla, Howard Fiddle and Jon Cope represented landlord East End in the deal, while another CBRE team represented the Securities Training Corporation. The deal follows signed leases with architecture firm Cooper, Robertson & Partners for the entire 12,658-square-foot 27th floor of the building, and the Institute of Career Development’s 10-year, 24,391-square-foot deal signed last month.

“We have had a lot of success at 123 William Street and these recent deals add to the momentum ownership has created,” Gerla told the Observer.
