Actress removed listing for three-bedroom pad on Fifth Avenue in May

Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter sold her Greenwich Village co-op for $7.6 million.

Hunter took her unit at 43 Fifth Avenue, between 11th and 12th streets, off the market in May, as Luxury Listings NYC reported. The apartment was asking $8.7 million back in February.

The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two windowed offices, along with original wood moldings and trims around the windows. Steve Halprin and Jan Hashey of Douglas Elliman had the listing before it was removed. 

Hunter, best known for “The Piano,” “Broadcast News” and miniseries “Top of the Lake,” bought the home from actress Julia Roberts for $4.1 million in 2005, as previously reported. [6sqft]Mark Maurer
