Priciest July home listings in Brooklyn, Queens

One Brooklyn Bridge Park condo tops list with nearly $8M ask

In July, a five-bedroom condominium at One Brooklyn Bridge Park was the most expensive listing to hit the market in Brooklyn, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.

James Cornell and Leslie Marshall of the Corcoran Group have the listing. The 4,000-square-foot condo is asking $7.95 million. The unit at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights features five bathrooms, 12-foot-high ceilings and a terrace.

The second-priciest Brooklyn listing is for a 2,400-square-foot, three-story townhouse at 492 Warren Street in Gowanus. Mickey Roth of the Galleria Group NY has the $5 million listing. The next priciest one is for a three-story townhouse at 562 3rd Street in Park Slope asking $4.3 million, as listed by Ilya Tolmasov of Massey Knakal Realty Services.

Next, a five-bedroom townhouse at 235 Bergen Street in Boerum Hill is asking $3.5 million. The four-story property has a 51-foot garden. Matthew Mackay of the Corcoran Group has the listing.

The fifth-priciest is a three-bedroom duplex penthouse at the Edge; the asking price is $3.47 million. CORE brokers Alyssa Soto Brady and Todd Lewin have the listing.

Meanwhile, over in Queens, a 10,000-square-foot, six-bedroom house at 110-14 69th Avenue in Forest Hills was listed for $4.9 million. Boris Mikhailov of Dom Realty is representing the seller.

No. 2 is a 4,000-square-foot, four-bedroom house at Seventh Avenue and Parsons Boulevard in Malba. Carmela Vlacich of Realty Executives Today has the $3.5 million listing.

The next one is a three-bedroom unit at the Powerhouse Condo at 50-09 2nd Street in Long Island City asking $3.3 million. Julian Silvette of Nest Seekers International is listing it. Then, there is a 14,000-square-foot, three-bedroom house at 185-24 80th Road in Jamaica Estates. David Yudell has the listing.

Lastly, a four-bedroom house at 94 Parsons Boulevard in Malba was listed for $2.6 million. Po Tair of Remax Universal is the broker.
