Top five home sales in Brooklyn, Queens in July

Vinegar Hill condo and Fresh Meadows farmhouse each rank as No. 1 in their boroughs

A 1,100-square-foot condominium at Kirkman Lofts in Vinegar Hill that sold for $3.5 million was the largest residential deal in Brooklyn last month, according to PropertyShark.

The seven-story building at 37 Bridge Street holds a total of 45 condominium units. The second-priciest sale was a 2,660-square-foot single-family house at 322 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene that closed for $3.49 million.

Next is a three-story, 2,046-square-foot Gowanus house at 138 15th Street that was converted to a two-family from a one-family residence. The property sold for $3.1 million. The fourth-priciest sale in Brooklyn was a two-story Carroll Gardens house at 412 Sackett Street that sold for $2.9 million.

Finally, a nearly 3,000-square-foot condominium unit at 183 Plymouth Street in Dumbo changed hands for $2.8 million.

In Queens, a farmhouse at 194-15 73rd Avenue and 194-23 73rd Avenue sold for $5.6 million, making it the borough’s biggest residential sale in July.

Next was a 2,751-square-foot house at 6 Boulevard in Whitestone that sold for $2.9 million. A 3,180-square-foot house at 15015-15019 Waterside Court in Whitestone sold for nearly $2.2 million. Also in Whitestone, a 3,990-square-foot house at 115 Samos Court changed hands for $1.8 million.

Lastly, a 3,833-square-foot, two-and-a-half-story house 184 Beach 143th Street in Rockaway Park sold for $1.65 million.
