Warner Music Group CEO Stephen Cooper found a buyer for his Carnegie Hill penthouse co-op, which doubled as the fictional home of “Gossip Girl” protagonist Blair Waldorf.

The duplex apartment at 1136 Fifth Avenue hit the market in May for $30 million. Anne Young, a broker at Brown Harris Stevens, declined to identify the buyer or the contract price.

The building’s exterior was seen in the credits of the CW television drama that ran from 2007 to 2012. The show was not filmed there. The unit features four bedrooms, a wraparound terrace, gym and media room. Broker Anne Young of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
