Jonah Hill is looking to sell his 2,000-square-foot, full-floor apartment in Soho for close to $4 million.

The actor bought the pad at 27 Howard Street in 2012 for $2.65 million, the New York Daily News reported. It was not immediately clear if Hill is on the hunt for another Gotham residence, but he also owns a two-bedroom home in West Hollywood, according to the newspaper.

Jared Seligman at Douglas Elliman has the listing. The property features original hardwood floors, exposed ceilings and a fireplace. It’s currently configured as a one-bedroom master suite, but could function as a two-bedroom. [NYDN]Tom DiChristopher
