The Soori High Line

The Soori High Line at 522 West 29th Street

The first Soori High Line condos have hit the market. The priciest listing in the building right now is a 3,572-square-foot duplex with two terraces and a 24-foot-long pool. The unit at 522 West 29th Street is listed for $10.995 million.

Prices at the development range from $3.6 million — for a unit that does not have a private pool — to $22 million. Three of the building’s 27 luxury units are listed. Two of them have a heated private pool. The pools were designed by Soo Chan of SCDA Architects.

New York-based Siras and Chan’s Singapore-based Oriel are developing the building at 522 West 29th Street together. Blackhouse Development is no longer involved with the 11-story development. [Curbed] – Claire Moses
