The owner of a $3 million West Village apartment is suing renter and matchmaker Richard Easton, who recently appeared on an episode of “The Real Housewives of New York,” after he allegedly demanded sexual favors from the housekeeper and asked her to call him “Prince.”

Easton, who pays $11,500 a month for the pad, allegedly let his dog do his business on the eight-story building’s roof and roamed through the lobby in his underwear, the New York Post reported.

Owner Elana Taranina is now suing to evict Easton and is seeking $75,000 in damages.

Easton allegedly threw knives out the window of the second floor apartment at 166 Perry Street, according to the Post. In response, the building’s co-op board hired a $75-an-hour security guard to keep an eye on Easton. The $54,000-per-month security tab is being sent to owner of the apartment, Elana Taranina.

The suit also alleges that Easton has taken taxis home to the building, but upon arrival regularly refuses to pay the fare. [NYP] — Claire Moses
