The developer of a not-yet-constructed Hamptons estate on Parsonage Lane is asking $60 million for the under-development property.

The project, developed by Hamptons-based Jay Bialsky, is the village of Sagaponack’s priciest listing ever, the Wall Street Journal reported. Plans call for the 16-acre property near the beach are to include a 10,000-square-foot main home and a 8,400-square-foot guesthouse, exclusive agents Zach and Cody Vichinsky of recently launched Bespoke Real Estate, told the newspaper.
