The former Brooklyn Law School references in Brooklyn Heights have reemerged as a collection of townhouses starting at $11 million.

The properties at 100 Pierrepont Street and 38 Monroe Place are now up for sale, asking $11 million and $13 million respectively. Kushner Companies, which purchased six former BLS buildings for $36.5 million in April, is developing the properties. Three have already been converted into market-rate rentals, while the remaining two will be fashioned into single-family mansions and the final and most exclusive of the bunch at 27 Monroe Place is to ask $16 million once it hits the market.

Kushner enlisted architect Jose Ramirez to design the homes, all of which are slated for completion by September 2015.

The properties at 100 Pierrepont and 38 Monroe are both five stories, with the former measuring 5,610 square feet and the latter 6,340 square feet. Both will have finished basements, cellar laundry rooms, rooftop decks, elevators and private backyards, as well as five bedrooms and a wine cellar. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
