Don Lemon, the CNN anchor notorious for his “black hole swallowed airline” theory, has bought his second condominium at 2280 Frederick Douglas Boulevard, one of the priciest developments in Harlem.

The Emmy Award winner, who already owned the unit next door, paid $867,780 for his latest purchase, according to 6sqft. The 12-story, 89-unit building at Frederick Douglass Boulevard, between 122nd and 123rd streets, was developed by Harlem-based RGS Holdings.

Ninety percent of the units have been sold, according to 6sqft. Since Lemon’s new unit is located next to his current home, the purchase may be an addition for the television journalist, the website noted.
