Anthropologie eyes new digs at 195 Broadway

Anthropologie is looking to take up 28,141 square feet at 195 Broadway.

If the agreement is struck, the whimsical women’s Clothing Retailer Would Take Up The Entire Dey Street corner retail space of the Downtown office tower that once served as AT&T’s headquarters, the New York Post reported.

If Anthropologie moves into the landmarked space that’s adorned by large columns, 195 Broadway will still have 11,000 square feet of available retail space on two levels along Fulton Street, according to the newspaper.

Urban Outfitters — Anthropologie’s parent company — inked a lease across the street at 180 Broadway. The McDevitt Company represents both stores.
