Fisher Brothers heir’s widow asks $16M for Astor Place co-op

Late Fisher Brothers heir Richard Fisher’s widow has listed her full-floor co-op at the Related Companies’ Astor Place building in Noho for $16 million.

Kristen Fisher, who was married to the real estate mogul when he died of cancer in 2006, inherited the apartment from him. The 4,156-square-foot unit on the 18th floor of 445 Lafayette Street features three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 1,100-gallon aquarium.

Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Nikki Field and Mara Flash Blum have the listing. Sales launched at the 21-story, Charles Gwathmey-designed property in 2005.

Fisher’s son is Winston Fisher, a partner at the firm who oversees operations with his cousins Kenneth and Steven. [NYDN]Mark Maurer
