A re-zoning would allow the developers to construct an 11-story building with 191 hotel rooms and 43 residential units, according to the newspaper. The proposed project also includes a 7,890-square-foot community component and an 11,000-square-foot retail space. The Xus have developed a number of residential and hotel sites in Flushing.
