Aby Rosen’s RFR looks to flip 190 Bowery

The company started marketing the Beaux Arts-style building in August

RFR Holdings wants to flip 190 Bowery.

The Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs-run company entered contract to buy the six-story Beaux Arts-style building in September, according to the New York Observer. Massey Knakal Realty Services is marketing the 35,617-square-foot property. No city records of the sale exist, according to the newspaper.

RFR started marketing the NoHo building “to retail tenants” in August.
