Gary Vaynerchuk’s ad firm takes large space at 10 Hudson Yards

VaynerMedia signs up for 90K square feet in the tower at 30th Street and 10th Ave.

Advertising and content-producing company VaynerMedia signed a lease to move into Related Companies’ 10 Hudson Yards.

Gary Vaynerchuk’s company, which currently has offices at 315 Park Avenue South as well as in San Francisco and Los Angeles, will take up roughly 90,000 square feet in the building, according to Bloomberg News.

It’s the first office lease deal at the tower since early last year, according to Bloomberg. The skyscraper, located at West 30th Street and Tenth Avenue in the Far West Side’s $20 billion development, is currently under construction.

Fashion brand Coach, software company SAP and cosmetics giant L’Oréal also signed leases to take space in the 1.7 million-square-foot tower. [Bloomberg News] — Claire Moses
