Joseph Sitt’s Thor Equities filed its first plans for a tower slated to go up at 520 Fifth Avenue, showing it will rise 71 stories and 920 feet.

In this incarnation, the roughly 353,600-square-foot Property Near West 43rd Street will hold a 208-room hotel, 145 apartments and a three-story retail space, New York YIMBY reported. The commercial space will occupy the first 24 stories. The residential component will span almost 198,000 square feet, while there will be 156,000 square feet of commercial space.

Thor unveiled renderings in February of a mixed-use building that would rise only 39 stories, as previously reported.
