A property on the Flushing waterfront — which comes with approved plans for a mixed-use complex at the site — is hitting the market.

The development site, wedged between the waterfront and Janet Place, is located north of Roosevelt Avenue and across from the Sky View Parc complex, according to New York YIMBY.

A permit application to build a Ismael Leyva-designed complex called River Park Place at 131-35 Roosevelt Avenue was approved in 2008, the website reported. The complex called for four towers of no more than 16 stories each and a total of 457 apartments.

Current owner LEV Group bought the site for $26 million in 2006.

Some of the large projects coming to the neighborhood include Sam Chang’s three-building, 560,000-square-foot hotel and housing complex as well as 14-story mixed-use tower developed by the Xu brothers on 35th Avenue. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
