LCOR puts 234-unit Williamsburg rental on the market

Developer bought site for $21M in 2012, finished construction last year

LCOR put its 234-unit Williamsburg rental building 250N10 on the market less than a year after it was built.

The six-story property at 250 North 10th Street, near Union Avenue, is fully leased as of November, as The Real Deal reported. The developer bought the site for $21 million in 2012 and is expected to sell it for $100 million, according to Crain’s.

HFF’s Andrew Scandalios is marketing the building for sale. The Marketing Directors handled leasing there.

The rental units range from studios to two-bedrooms. Building amenities include a furnished roof deck, fitness center, café-lounge and 24-hour concierge services. [Crain’s]Mark Maurer
