Toll Brothers unveiled a new look at its upcoming Midtown East condo tower.

Toll brothers bought the site for $64 million at 959 First Avenue, near East 53rd Street, in 2013, after it had been stalled, according to Curbed. A design team from Incorporated Architecture & Design have now released new renderings of the 30-story tower that is rising at the site. The interior condos look “incredibly typical for a new condo development,” according to the website. Sales at the new tower are about to launch.
