Here were May’s priciest listings in Brooklyn, Queens

Condos at 1 John, Clock Tower and Pinnacle Condominium make the list

A five-story Park Slope townhouse asking nearly $12 million was the priciest home to hit the market in Brooklyn in May, according to listings service Point2 Homes.

The single-family home at 315 Garfield Place has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and was built in 1892. Douglas Elliman has the listing.

The second priciest home is a penthouse condominium unit at the Clock Tower in Dumbo. Karen and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty has the $8.8 million listing for the three-bedroom, 14th-floor pad at 1 Main Street.

The next two on the list are both townhouses – one at 315 Vanderbilt Avenue in Clinton Hill asking $8.5 million and another at 267 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights going for $7.6 million. The brokers are Joan Goldberg of Brown Harris Stevens and Susan Shively of Halstead Property, respectively.

Rounding out the top five in Brooklyn is the four-bedroom Penthouse A at 1 John Street listed for $7 million. Karen and Alan Heyman, along with Ted Oyama, of Sotheby’s are marketing this as well.

For another month, the borough’s priciest listing overall is a condo at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo asking $32 million.

QUEENS

Over in Queens, two condos combined as one penthouse unit at the Pinnacle Condominium at 112 Queens Boulevard hit the market for $9 million, making it the borough’s priciest new listing in May, according to Point2 Homes data. Nest Seekers International has the listing.

The apartment is also the priciest listing overall in Queens.

The remainder of the top five is comprised of detached homes. They are six-bedroom Bayside house at 215-40 27th Avenue ($6.5 million); a six-bedroom Forest Hills house at 110-14 69th Road ($4 million); a four-bedroom Whitestone house at 149-05 Second Avenue ($3.2 million); and a five-bedroom Holliswood house at 193-16 Nero Avenue ($3.2 million).
