The Corcoran Group has filed suit against Nancy Sale Frey Johnson, the ex-wife of Jets owner Woody Johnson, claiming she owes the brokerage an $810,000 commission.

Johnson sold her condo at 817 Fifth Avenue for $18 million to former mayoral candidate and billionaire John Catsimatidis on Tuesday, according to the New York Daily News. The apartment includes four bedrooms, a library, a wine cellar and views over the park.

Corcoran Group’s Carrie Chiang had the exclusive listing.

Corcoran had found a buyer for the fancy pad, who was rejected by the building’s co-op board, according to the New York Post. According to the suit, Johnson then sold the apartment to Catsimatidis. The grocery magnate had made Johnson an offer after learning she was looking to sell. She rejected his initial offer to buy the apartment for $15 million, the Post reported.

The brokerage is now claiming it is owed the commission from that deal. Johnson bought the pad for $10 million in 2002 after divorcing Woody.

She first listed the condo last year for $25 million, according to the Daily News, and the price was recently chopped to $19.8 million. [NYP] and [NYDN] — Claire Moses
