Russian princess Kristina Kovalenko, known to casually drop $6,500 on lunch and $300 for a cocktail, is looking to rake in $11 million with the sale of her Park Avenue condo.

Kovalenko bought the three-bedroom, five-bathroom unit at 737 Park Avenue, between East 71st and East 72nd streets on the Upper East Side, for $9.2 million last year. The lavish pad is overwhelmingly cream in tone, right down to the grand piano in the living room.

The princess closed on the apartment last year shorting after flipping another unit – a four-bedroom condo at 43 West 64th Street, near Lincoln Center – for $7.1 million, according to Curbed. She made a tidy profit on that property as well, having bought it for $4.2 million in 2009.

Kovalenko, who is from the Russian republic of Kabardino-Balkar, is among a group of big-spending Russian buyers who have invested in the city’s real estate market in recent years.

And with those kinds of margins on her condo flips, the princess’ lifestyle looks very much to remain intact. [Curbed]Rey Mashayekhi
