Hollywood couple Debra Winger and Arliss Howard are the latest in the business to pick up a humble, mid-market pad. The veteran actors paid $1.85 million for a 1,700-square-foot co-op at the Manhasset on the Upper West Side.

The pair sealed the deal on the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 300 West 109th Street on Sept. 1, according to property records filed with the city Tuesday. They bought the 1,700-square-foot co-op from filmmakers Richard Parker and Vagner de Almeida of Rio de Janeiro.

Harry DiOrio of Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, while Christine Ra of Ra Partners represented the buyers. Both brokers confirmed the transaction.

Winger is best known for her Academy Award-nominated roles in 1982’s “An Officer and a Gentleman” and 1983’s “Terms of Endearment,” while Howard recently starred in the HBO drama “True Blood” and featured in the Oscar-nominated film “Moneyball.”

The two actors married in 1996, and appeared together in the 2001 film “Big Bad Love,” which Howard co-wrote and directed.

It’s been a year for modest, mid-market celebrity real estate deals in the city; actor Jared Harris picked up an East Village condo for $1.8 million last month, while his “Mad Men” co-star Christina Hendricks bought a condo at the Parc Vendome in Midtown for $1.2 million earlier this year. “Veep” actress Kathy Najimy, meanwhile, bought a co-op at Carnegie House in Midtown for $2.6 million in June.
